Full Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using AEVIX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and AEVIX.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required by law in your country) to use AEVIX. By using the service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using AEVIX on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

3. Description of the service

AEVIX is an AI-powered collaborative whiteboard and visual thinking platform. It provides an online workspace where users can draw, write, diagram, collaborate, and use AI features to assist with learning, problem-solving, and creative work. AEVIX is provided as an account-based online software product accessible through the web.

4. Accounts and account responsibility

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
• You agree to notify us promptly at legal@aevix.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You may not share your account with others or allow others to use your login credentials.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AEVIX in any of the following ways:

• For any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• To upload, transmit, or distribute harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or illegal content.
• To introduce malicious code, viruses, or disruptive software.
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, other accounts, or related systems.
• To interfere with or disrupt the stability, performance, or security of AEVIX.
• To misuse collaboration features, invites, or sharing tools in a harmful or deceptive way.
• To infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

6. User content

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or share on AEVIX. By using the service, you grant AEVIX a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and reproduce your content solely as necessary to operate and provide the service to you and, where you have enabled sharing, to your collaborators. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account, subject to any backup or legal retention requirements. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share.

7. AI features

AEVIX includes AI-powered features that generate suggestions, explanations, and other outputs. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or require human review. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for decisions that carry significant consequence. AEVIX does not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or appropriateness of any AI output. AI features may change, improve, or be modified over time.

8. Collaboration and sharing

You are responsible for any content you share via boards, invite links, or collaboration features. When you share a board with others, those users may be able to view and interact with the content depending on the permissions you set. AEVIX is not responsible for how collaborators use or share content you provide access to.

9. Intellectual property

The AEVIX name, logo, product interface, underlying code, and all related trademarks and intellectual property are owned by AEVIX and its licensors. These terms do not grant you any right to use AEVIX branding or intellectual property outside of normal product use. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the service except as permitted by applicable law.

10. Paid plans, billing, and subscriptions

Some features of AEVIX may require a paid subscription. Pricing may be offered on monthly, 3-month, or yearly billing terms, as described at the time of purchase. Fees are charged as described at checkout. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Refund eligibility is determined by the terms shown at purchase. AEVIX reserves the right to update pricing with notice to users. No billing obligation applies unless you choose a paid plan.

11. Suspension and termination

AEVIX may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violations of these terms, for security or abuse reasons, or for legal compliance. Where reasonably possible, we will notify you. You may stop using AEVIX and close your account at any time. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

AEVIX is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AEVIX and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or damages resulting from third-party conduct. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AEVIX and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

15. Changes to the service

AEVIX is an evolving product. Features may change, be added, modified, or discontinued at any time. We will aim to communicate significant changes where practicable. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date shown on this page. Continued use of AEVIX after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with the updated terms, you may stop using the service.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by applicable law. The specific governing jurisdiction and dispute resolution process will be finalized and updated here as AEVIX's legal structure is established.
